Cancelation

Payers can choose to deactivate their account at any time. However, if a Payer deactivates Gratuu account before its last (pending) tip payment is made, we reserve the rights to request that the payment is settled. Once the payment is cleared, we will deactivate Payer's Gratuu account.

Receivers can choose to deactivate their account at any time. However, if a Receiver deactivates Gratuu account before its last (pending) tip payment has been sent to a Receiver, we reserve the rights to pay in any outstanding money before Receiver's account is deactivated. Once the payment is cleared, we will deactivate Receiver's Gratuu account.

Refunds

If a Payer wishes to retrieve a payment, this will be reviewed on an individual basis. Charges for a returned payment will be based on a cost of transaction and the time needed to administer the returned payment. To request a returned payment a Payer must contact us directly stating in writing the reasons for the request. If you wish to request for a payment to be returned you must contact us in writing within 5 working days from the date when the payment has been made.
